What to Expect
ARRIVE WITH CONFIDENCE
If you’re planning your first visit, we want you to feel comfortable and prepared. Here’s what a typical Sunday morning looks like at LightHouse Fellowship Church:
First Impressions
A Warm and Welcoming Environment
When you arrive, there’s a graveled parking area on Campbell Street. A concrete ramp / walkway leads to the accessible entry.
You’ll be welcomed into a relaxed and friendly setting. Many people gather in the fellowship area before the service begins, which is a space with tables and seating where conversation comes naturally.
In this area, two handicapped-accessible restrooms are available.
Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning again, you’ll find a church family that values genuine connection and hospitality.
Sunday Morning Worship
Sunday Morning Service Starting at 11 AM EST
Our Sunday service begins at 11:00 AM, ending around 12:00 – 12:10 PM, and follows a simple, Scripture-centered format.
You’ll receive a bulletin as you enter the sanctuary, which outlines the order of service and includes announcements for both the church and the local community.
There is no assigned seating. Seating is wooden benches (not fastened to the floor) with padded seats. Bibles and song books are available at each bench.
Our time together typically includes:
Singing traditional hymns
Scripture readings shared by members of the congregation
Sharing of prayer and reflection
A message from the pastor centered on God’s Word
The atmosphere is unhurried and focused, with an emphasis on worship, learning, and encouragement. Rest assured, guests will not be asked for money!
After Service
After the service, everyone is invited to gather in the fellowship area for some shared snacks.
This is a meaningful part of church life — a time to connect, visit, and get to know one another. Snacks are provided by members of the church and often includes a variety of simple, home-prepared foods.
Visitors are always welcome to stay and join in!
We'd love to have you join us!
